Paragliding Park Tenerife Taucho

As paragliding is weather-dependent, the start time, flight duration, and landing locations vary according to prevailing weather conditions. On favorable days, paragliding tours depart from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During the summer, the times extend until 6:00 PM. The activity begins with safety instructions on take-off, landing, and paragliding as a whole. The flight duration ranges from 15 to 30 minutes, and the route depends on the weather conditions.

Paragliding Park Taucho is the largest and most popular launch site on Tenerife. It's the best spot on the island, flying with the wind in the northeast, but also with other orientations when the wind is not strong. Another launch site in the south of Tenerife in Adeje is Ifonche, located at an altitude of almost 1000 meters above sea level.

During this paragliding trip, you'll have a bird's-eye view of the south of Tenerife. You can choose to take off from Taucho at 800 meters or from Ifonche at 1000 meters. With experienced pilots with 20 years of experience, you'll glide over Costa Adeje and the Barranco del Infierno ravine in a non-motorized tandem paraglider. The landing spot is usually at La Enramada Beach near La Caleta or a few kilometers further at El Puertito.
